I just adore the J’Adore chandelier in opaline crystal for baby Dior Paris!
I discovered Marie Christophe on the streets of Paris in 1999 at a gallery in Paris called En attendant les Barbares.. it was love at first sight. My heart skipped a beat. I inquired who the artist was and contacted her immediately. It has been more than twenty four years since I discovered Marie Christophe. She has been twisting and sculpturing many, many, wire masterpieces ever since.
My own carefully curated collection, of course, revolves around the artists I represent.
I fill my rooms with the work of Marie Christophe, Adam & Viktoria and Bonita Ahuja, reveling in the chic comfort it brings to my eye and soul.
But they also adorn many showrooms and our client’s homes too!
Lanterne Love
Marie Christophe designed these beautiful little lanterns, Milles et une Nuit (A Thousand and One Nights), for Jean-Louis Deniot.
He ordered a dozen to accent an outdoor corridor for a princess. These are decorated with extra-large ceramics in Jean-Louis signature honey palette of gold, black, white and transparent.

The mirror Marie Christophe created for a powder room for Oliver Furth’s Beverly Hills client is simply stunning – and I love the way it merges with the big-bloom peonies in the wallpaper.

A pair of busy bee sconces for Jean-Louis Deniot’s Los Angeles house just landed into the upstairs alcove.
A pair of custom bee sconces by Marie Christophe are creating quite a buzz in the Houston house they were designed for. At night, when there are no lights, one is tempted to believe that they take flights of fancy around the trio of prune and gold crystal & wire chandeliers my client commissioned (not shown).
This bee-uty was meant to BEE!

Bring a splash of bright color to your bed with this 60-inch-long double bolster. Hand-dyed multi color on vintage French linen by an artist in Scotland, it has a let’s-live-on the beach and let’s spend endless time in the garden feel.

I got a chance to show off Marie Christophe’s creations and all of the other amazing artisans featured in my shop during my recent interview for Table Magazine, a beautiful magazine that highlights stylists, designers, artists, chefs, writers and photographers.
The magazine’s visuals are poetic and insightful. The magazine is all about sharing pleasure in the most beautiful way. You will be able to read me, my love of gardening and flowers and of course my shop and lavender farm in the May issue. Can’t wait!
The table, whether it’s in the kitchen, set beautifully in the dining room, or in the backyard for a summer soiree, is where we come to share life, family, friends and above all food.
My mother, born in Sicily, always set hers with a beautiful tablecloth, a vase or two of flowers from the garden and, of course, a bottle of wine for lunch and dinner.
I love to set a beautiful table too and it always starts with a tablecloth, most of the time, its one of hers..

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, swap the pillows with the seasons, and you’ll always be in style.
Obviously, Vogue agrees with me. Trellis, Hazelnut, a sweet flower repeat with Russian influences- block printed on silk taffeta, silk velvet applications and heavy embroidery made its debut in Vogue!
