MARIE CHRISTOPHE

Like a fashion illustration, Marie Christophe sculpts enchanted numbers of subjects ranging from charming creatures, fanciful fixtures, fairy-tale chandeliers and beautiful birdcages. Her work is the essence of lightness, elegance, and whimsy all created with playfulness and timeless elegance. Her sculptural pieces effortlessly walk the line between fine and decorative art and seem to float like magic out of thin air.

Working in her atelier in Gers, Marie sculpts her magical spell, bringing her whimsical wireworks to life.

Her light-as-a-feather wireworks, punctuated with crystals or ceramics, float in space without invading it.

Marie’s poetic creations range from pure sculpture to mirrors, lanterns, and chandeliers. Jean Louis Deniot is a devoted fan and fills his projects with her spirt filled creation.  Marie has handcrafted beaded chandeliers for Dior, panthers for Cartier, fantastical hangers and jellyfish for Pierre-Louis Mascia, high heels and handbags for Robert Vivier and horses for Hermes.

Always in symbiosis with her subjects, the art of Marie Christophe is a line drawn in the infinite, a journey of elegance without limit.

JO’S FARMS

Drawing on a career shaped by Fifth Avenue, Paris, and Provence, I create layered spaces where flowers, textiles, and handcrafted objects are never an afterthought. They are the poetic heart of a home.

At Jo’s Farms, my shop, greenhouse, flower shed, and potting shed are more than places of beauty. Together, they form a living emporium: a collection of things I love, a celebration of the seasons, and an invitation to discover something unexpected.

My early inspiration, Henri Bendel’s “Street of Shops,” has taken root here in a new way. Each space unfolds within the garden like an extension of my home, styled with rustic French chic, artistic character, and a touch of natural whimsy.

Fresh flowers mingle with dried florals, so beauty is never bound to a single season. Marie Christophe’s sculptural, quietly witty creations sit alongside stripes, paintings, vintage treasures, and objects gathered on my travels through Europe. I choose every piece for its story, its workmanship, and its soul.

This is my lifelong passion for French savoir-faire made tangible: a place to discover handmade objects, find the wonderfully unusual, and bring home something that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary. It is a world where flowers and European artisan craft meet with a sense of play.

I’m delighted to share it with you.

Come wander through the shop, potting shed, and greenhouse. You may just find your coup de cœur—that one special thing you fall in love with.
