France and the lavender fields of Provence is where my passion for design, art and flowers became the inspiration for my business, sourcing unique curiosities and unusually beautiful objects, lighting and textiles from around the world to incorporate into the rooms I style and design for my clients. I love to style spaces, it’s’ easy when you represent beautiful things and find beautiful things to make your space feel special. My shop is the destination to discover unusually beautiful, unique items from Europe.  Featured in the summer issue of Table Magazine
My mother born in Sicily and my father from Naples, took us on trips to the Mediterranean when I was just 14 years old.
It left an indelible mark on my heart, and instilled in me a lifelong passion for travel, food, nature which ultimately led me to France and the lavender fields of Provence where my passion for design, art, and flowers became the the inspiration for my business, sourcing unique curiosities and unusually beautifully objects, lighting, and textiles from around the world to incorporate into the rooms I style and design for my clients.
I love to style spaces, it’s easy when you represent beautiful things and find beautiful things to make your space feel special.  A keen editorial eye, a love of design, floral artistry, color and all that blooms inspired my journey. My beautiful lavender field with the faces of the giant sunflowers that grow along side of it that turn my lavender landscape into a vibrant impressionist painting, is my joy!
In our digital age, I still find print very meaningful and I am so thrilled to be featured in Table Magazine… this stunning magazine celebrates stylists, designers, artists, chefs and the pleasures of every day in the most beautiful way!
I love styling, I love retail, I love shopkeeping, I love creating but most of all, I LOVE flowers!!!

La Vie En Rose!

I  like  to bring a world of objects and materials outside the conventional and layer textiles.. rugs, curtains, room dividers, pillows.

Fabrics/textiles are my passion..my crowning glory and mine are sourced around the globe.

“I am always dreaming of my garden and being outdoors,” says Lisa. “

My mind, filled with flowers and nature is always thinking of new ways to bring the outdoors in and the indoors out.

A  dreamy portico I styled many years featured these gorgeous textiles printed with  Matisse bouquets.  I wanted my client to step through the beauty of nature, to sense the scent of a field of flowers dancing into eternal summer!
So egg-cited for Easter!
I’m in summer cycle, which reminds me of a project I worked on with Marie Christophe for Colette, Paris’ cult-concept boutique. I was asked to curate and style  a collection from different artists for this exhibition for  Colette, in Paris. I asked Marie to create a life-size bicycle in wire with a crystal seat and crystal bell. I had it installed in the shop’s window so the sun could create a sparkling spotlight. Quintessentially French, this bike, that traveled the Colette runway also is Marie’s masterpiece.  Rode its way into our hearts in T Magazine and Vogue,  countless other press articles as  well as a favorite book, My Stylish French Girlfriend’s book by Sharon Santoni (also author of  My French Country Home). Colette, closed it’s doors a few years ago but I was so thrilled to collaborate and style a collection for Paris’ cult concept store.. and it all began at my first job Henri Bendel, New York!

J’ADORE Marie Christophe’s  most famous pieces are the chandeliers,  bees sconces and sculptures she created expressly for the Christian Dior boutiques in Paris, France.
The Chic Chantilly Garden Of Jean-Louis Deniot!
This beautiful sheep, brought to life by Marie Christophe, has a new home: Jean-Louis Deniot’s country house in Chantilly France.
Playfulness Meets Poetic at Paola Navone Paris!
The gorgeous Parisian apartment of Paola Navone located in an old converted silk and tobacco factory  in the 11th arrondissement is elegant and stylish, with hints of Asian and Mediterranean influences.
You cannot help but marvel at the site of the chandelier that is so distinct.
I worked with an artist from France to create this lovely custom flower chandelier for Paola Navone and it is just as chic and stylish today as it was when we created it in 2011.
Gatherings of guests are twice as nice when your dining table shares a pair of Marie Christophe’s pink-crystal chandeliers!  These custom chandeliers bring a double bouquet of beauty to the home of Frederic Fekkai in the south of France.
