Discovering this property truly changed my life. My brand has always been a bouquet of joy — a celebration of color, craftsmanship, and the magic of storytelling through space, style, and blooms.

The secret to success in real estate—and in life, really—is the ability to see potential before anyone else. That same spark led me to create the gardens that started my dialogue with flowers.

From 1997 to today, a  thread of beauty and purpose weaves through every petal, every detail, and every creation and all of this beauty is showcased in my greenhouse, flower shed and shop.

Spellbound by the unveiling of these exquisite crystal serpent lamps — the latest collaboration between French sculptor Marie Christophe and designer Pierre-Louis Mascia, revered for his sumptuous printed silks and unmistakable elegance.

Each lamp is hand-sculpted in Christophe’s signature wirework, its serpentine form alive with a mosaic of green, red, and blue crystals that shimmer in conversation with candlelight.

Beneath a bespoke Mascia shade, every curve becomes a whisper of myth reborn — sculpture, light, and couture entwined.

 Within this remarkable setting, Marie Christophe’s sculptural lighting takes center stage.

The custom swan chandelier and sconces are nothing short of breathtaking—luminous, graceful, and exquisitely detailed. They strike that rare balance between grandeur and delicacy, as if lifted from a modern fairytale. Each swan feels alive with quiet poetry, bringing a sense of movement and softness to the space.

Deniot’s signature approach is unmistakable here—grand yet intimate.

Our lavender fields are only the beginning. From the shop to the greenhouse, the flower shed to the newly  imagined potting shed, each space is designed as part of a shop-and-stroll experience—where fresh and dried flowers mingle with beautiful objects and textiles gathered from Europe and beyond.

You move through them as you would a garden, each turn revealing something unexpected .Each corner of the property has found its purpose. The casita, now my light-filled shop, the A-frame barn, transformed into my flower shed, a greenhouse, our magnificent welcoming space.

And now… the old aviary reimagined as my potting shed!

To commission such a work is not simply to acquire an object. It is to participate in a story. A dialogue between artist and collector. A gesture of appreciation for craftsmanship, patience, and vision.

And when it finally finds its place, it does more than illuminate a room—it becomes part of your life, your space, your story.

For his opening of his new Milan boutique, Pierre-Louis Mascia commissioned  French sculptor Marie Christophe to  create two extraordinary Baccarat crystal chandeliers—to take center stage.

Marie and I first dreamed up this piece nearly a year ago,  I am completely and madly in love with this new masterpiece!!!!!

Now, that magic takes form. Marie Christophe unveils an extraordinary chandelier conceived and inspired by Villa Mabrouka,  Yves Saint Laurent’s fabled seaside escape in Tangier.  Her latest creation inspired by the villa’s poetic spirit. Handcrafted in a beautiful palette of two blues, green, and deep Bordeaux, the chandelier evokes the shimmer  and shifting light of the Mediterranean sky and the  tranquil lushness and verdant calm of the surrounding gardens.

In Jean-Louis Deniot’s latest, an opulent palace conceived for a member of the Qatari royal family and unveiled and beautifully showcased  in Vogue Arabia.

This new project with Jean-Louis Deniot, featuring extraordinary custom creations by Marie Christophe, brings me back to a place I’ve never forgotten—Deauville.

Years ago, I was completely taken by the  effortless glamour of Deauville. Known as the Riviera of Parisians, Deauville has a quiet kind of luxury, but what stayed with me most was the poetry of it all—the long stretch of sandy beach, the iconic striped parasols, the charming cabines de plage, and that beautiful 1920s wooden boardwalk. And the seashells… truly the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.

There’s a distinct Belle Époque spirit in this project that echoes those memories.

We’re thrilled to introduce our latest Turino Lantern for my client,  inspired by the original designed for what’s been called “the most beautiful room ever created”—a palazzo in Turin, Italy.

The lantern’s beautiful colors Saphire, Vert, Blu Vert, Indian wood, Ambre and Yellow beads are pure magic—will no doubt transform this room into a reflection of art and spirit.

It is here, at his new boutique that he will also unveil two new custom chandeliers sculpted  by Marie Christophe, dripping with transparent crystals and around them, ten delicate crystal flower hangers will punctuate the boutique, sculptural invitations to discover the new Spring–Summer 2026 collection.
